Overview

Configuring your location details is one of the first steps when setting up Néxudus. These details form the foundation of your members’ experience, from how they see your space online to how they interact with your booking systems and operations. In this guide, you’ll learn how to add your location’s basic information, contact details, address, and branding elements that appear throughout the members portal and administrative interface.
You’ll need administrator access to configure location settings. If you don’t have the required permissions, contact your location administrator.

Configure Location Details

Configure Name & Logo

Navigate to Name & Logo Settings in your Néxudus dashboard.Complete the following fields:
  • Location name: The official name of your coworking space
  • Main logo: Upload your location’s logo that appears in portal headers and documents
  • Main banner: Upload a banner image for your location
High-quality logos (JPG or PNG at least 300x300px for the logo and 1280x600px for the banner) provide the best appearance across different devices and contexts. The primary color of your logo will be used as the primary color throughout the portal.

Add Contact & Location Details

Complete the Contact & Location Details section to set your contact information and address: - Website: Your location’s website URL - Email: Contact email address for your location - Phone: Main phone number for customer inquiries - Fax: Fax number (if applicable) - Location address: Search and select your physical address using the address lookup - Country: Select your country - Postal address: Complete postal address of your location - State / Province / Region: Your state, province, or region - City: City where your location is based - Zip / Post code: Your postal or ZIP code
Verify the address is complete and accurate. Members use this information to find your location and view you on the map.

Set Location Map Coordinates

Configure the Location Map section to pinpoint your exact location on the map. - Use the interactive map to drag the location pin to the exact coordinates of your space - Members will see this map on your contact page to find your location

Configure Invoice Details

Go to Invoice Details to set up billing information for invoices: - Company / trading name: Legal company name (may differ from location name) - Billing address: Complete billing address for invoices - City: City for billing - Zip / post code: Postal code for billing - Country: Country for tax and legal compliance
Ensure billing information matches your legal business entity, as this is used for invoicing and financial reporting. These details will appear on all invoices issued to customers.

Customize Appearance

Configure how your portal looks by visiting Appearance Settings: - Domain: The web address for your portal - Primary color: Main color used throughout the interface - Secondary color: Secondary color for accents - Portal version: Select your preferred portal experience - Display this location in your website and the app: Toggle to show/hide this location in public directories
Your primary color should complement your logo’s primary color for a cohesive branded experience.

Set Primary Currency

Navigate to Primary Currency Settings to configure your billing currency: - Primary currency: Select the currency for all invoices issued by this location - Items priced in different currencies will be automatically converted using live exchange rates
This is the currency used for all financial transactions and invoicing. You can set a secondary currency separately if you process payments in a different currency.

Review and Save

Review all entered information for accuracy, then click Save to apply your changes.Your location details are now configured and will be visible to members in the portal.

Once you’ve set up basic details, you may want to configure these related settings:
Set your location’s operating hours to help members understand when your space is available. This controls booking availability and appears in member-facing information.
Customize the member portal experience including homepage text, featured sections, and available features.
Set your terms, conditions, and policies that members accept when joining.
