Overview
Setting your location’s opening hours tells members when your coworking space is available for visits. These hours are informational only and appear throughout the portal to help members plan their visits—they do not prevent members from booking resources. To actually prevent bookings during specific dates or times (such as holidays or maintenance periods), use booking availability exceptions. These exceptions actively block members from selecting those dates when making reservations. You’ll need administrator access to configure opening hours. If you don’t have the required permissions, contact your
location administrator.
